In January 2012 the best international showjumpers will descend on Basel to take part in the most highly endowed indoor equestrian tournament in the world. Spectators, exhibitors and participants will experience an event of exceptional class.
The total purse exceeds CHF 900’000. Riders will take part in a total of 16 competitions, including the events for amateurs. Nine of the 11 international competitions count towards the world rankings. The Grand Prix of the main sponsor, the watchmaker H. Moser & Cie., is endowed with CHF 450‘000. Olympic, world, European and national champions will compete for one of the 90 starting places in the St. Jakobshalle.
